Bootleg Dark Knight Trailer

Watch and enjoy before it gets pulled. This trailer is supposed to premiere this Friday online to draw attention away from Iron Man. Most self respecting nerds will be playing GTA IV either way.

Dark Knight Posters plus Viral Infections

The Dark Knight has released new promotional posters for the July 18th release date. Meanwhile, the viral site Why So Serious still asks users to meet at locations for what ultimately will be a let down. We will not be lured onto the streets of Seattle again for free product, no matter how free it may be.

We find it interesting how Aaron Eckhart is featured standing out over his button, which we have almost 2 dozen of, while Heath Ledger is lost in the background next to the card, which we have only 1 of from our cake. Now that we think about it, shouldn't Dent have the OTHER half of his face covered? Just a thought.

FUBAR and DontLinkThis are having a field day I'm sure

Annie Leibovitz is bar none the most well respected contemporary photographer in today's society. Her shots are what sell issues of Vanity Fair. Now, with tweener Miley Cyrus sitting with Annie for some provocative shots, the media and public are in an uproar.

This comes months, not a week like many outlets claim, that her provocative beyond her years Myspace photos were leaked to the public. Our offices have had them that long at least. No matter what this will be one of the best selling Vanity Fair issues in a long time.

First Look at Rachel Nichols as Scarlett

IESB posted this picture, the first from the set of the Live Action G.I.Joe film, of Rachel Nichols as Scarlett. Featured in this photo is what we can only assume is her body armor with breasts that harken back to the good times of in Lost In Space.

Scarlet: The Hot New TV Series

Ads are all over the place for the "Hot New Series" Scarlet from David Nutter, yet nowhere online is anything vaguely giving us an idea even what channel it is on, or if it is just an elaborate car commercial not unlike "The Hire" from BMW Films

Being as it IS David Nutter, perhaps it will be on the CW?

Despite "premiering" 4.28.08, Monday so you don't have to look, we don't even have a time. We can only assume here at AXB that it will be available online at their site.

We can be excited at least in knowing it stars Natassia Malthe, which means nothing but at least we have eye candy. Natassia was featured as Ayane in D.O.A. and "Redhead at Party" from another David Nutter series, Dark Angel.

The Dark(est) Side of Oz!

Surrender, Dorothy!
Todd McFarlane's TWISTED LAND OF OZ comes to the big screen!

Dorothy and Munchkins

L. Frank Baum's The Wonderful Wizard of OZ may be the most re-worked literary classic to date. With the popularity of the SciFi Network's TIN MAN, fans of Baums' tale of a young girl lost in a world of imagination continue to grow.

However, McFarlane's vision may be the darkest and most twisted to date. The creator of SPAWN mastered the art of toy making and brought it to whole new levels, and in 2003 he released the most bazaar interpretation of Dorothy to date. "I saw those toys, and Dorothy as some bondage queen isn’t something I want to do," says screen writer Josh (A History Of Violence) Olson.

Even in the 3-D rendering above, Dorothy has been covered with some form of decaying wrap. (The pic is also viewable from all sides, if you hover your mouse, click and 'turn').

Let us not forget our earliest memories of what has become one of the most beloved films of all time: the Judy Garland version. The fact that Pink Floyd can be played in the background and could synchronize with the first half of the film, was a coincidental, fan-made offshoot of the 1939 film. But, the intrigue with these characters remains today!

Remember Dorothy, the Witch is coming to get you ...

And your little dog, too!

The Rock and Brendan Fraser in G.I.J.O.E.

LatinoReview has somehow once again gained an exclusive regarding the G.I.Joe Live Action Film.

Brendan Fraser will be featured in a scene as Gung Ho. Allegedly he shows up in The Pit for training.

Also, The Rock(Dwayne Johnson) has has been offered a role as Shipwreck. There has been no confirmation, but it is on the table.

LOST (in space) J. J. Announces Star Trek Changes!

CONFIRMED: J.J. Abrams announces the new Star Trek movie will tie-in aladygma, Cloverfield and his television program LOST.

In an interview, Mr. Abrams discussed his reasoning behind the change in story line:
On a resent trip to the Himalayas, J. J. and his nine-year-old son found themselves enthralled by all the white space.
"I've always wanted to make a movie about White Space. What America needs is a film about White Space!"
